This Porsche Macan has a completely new Porsche engine for its Turbo version. Apart from the Siemens SDI10 engine management, nothing looks like the 3.0T engine of the Macan S or the GTS which develop respectively 340hp and 360hp.
In original setup, the turbo gives already a lot of pressure and it is especially at low and high RPM that the difference will be felt. Intake temperatures tend to rapidly rise above 70 ° C, which limits performance. Stage 2 is also available on this vehicle.
Results: 465hp and 714Nm of torque.

The 4.2 V8 engine matters to Audi and has received little improvements over the years.
Unfortunately, clogging of the intake ducts and valves mean that this engine often does not develop its original power.
Fortunately, after a descaling and a reprogramming, the engine is restored to full health. The maximum speed also rises to 300 km/h instead of 255 km/h.

The original DCM3.7 from Delphi gave the development engineers a hard time.
The reprogramming of this engine is done via the OBD diagnostic socket and gives a lot of torque for a much higher driving pleasure. It is also possible to electronically deactivate the EGR and the particle filter (DPF Off).
Results : 101hp and 236Nm of torque.

It took over 6 years ! The 1.2 TDI engine fitted to the Volkswagen Polo, Seat Ibiza and Skoda Fabia vehicles is now available for reprogramming. The Delphi DCM3.7 ECU was read-only but not writable. Now we can read and write data via the OBD plug ! In terms of results, this small 1.2 TDI gives after reprogramming about 100hp and 240Nm of torque. Very nice to drive !

It did not take long for the new Fiat 1.3 JTDM engine to be available for reprogramming. The MJD9 ECU replaces the previous MJD8 and allows a reduced fuel consumption while passing the EURO6 standard. The chiptuning is done via the OBD diagnostic socket. After chiptuning the results are 110hp and approx. 250Nm of torque.

The new 1.6 and 2.0 liter Jeep engines engine fitted to the recent Cherokee and Renegade come straight from Fiat manufacturer. However, they received a corrected ECU calibration by Jeep. The ECU for these motors is logically the Bosch EDC17C69 that is also found in the new FIAT in 1.6 and 2.0 JTDM.
These new engines meet the standard Euro5 / 6 and are more fuel-efficient than the previous.

For its facelift, surprisingly, Ford has upgraded the ECU of the Ranger. Thus, instead of the Siemens SID208 calculator, we find a new SID209. It did not take very long to get around the new protections associated which allows us to reprogram these new engines.
Other good news also, the 3.2 TDCI engine that usually came out on original 185hp power bench (instead of the 200 announced by the manufacturer), now we measure 195-200hp. After reprogramming, this engine reached without much trouble 235hp and 560Nm!

It did not take long for the new Ingenium engines to be tuned. Indeed, MEDC17_9 ECU have similar protection to the EDC17CP55 existing in the new Range Rover 3.0 TDV6 and SDV6, both also reprogramming-ready.
In terms of power and torque, the 2.0d Ingenium, created by the Jaguar / LandRover group is less efficient than the previous 2.2 at Ford. Downsizing effect, losing 200cc3, power decreases and it is difficult to exceed 195hp. Concerning the torque, we obtain between 460 and 480Nm of torque which is quiet good.
Other good news also, the 150hp version are identical to the version of 180ch. A dream for your Range Rover Evoque or your Discovery Sport with this engine.

Like the BlueHDI engine, the new Peugeot 208 GTI and the 308 GTI are both available for reprogramming. The security of the ECU (MEVD17.4.4) was very closed to the one of the HDI engine, our enginers did not take too long to adapt to these new engines. Very good gains for these two engines although we highly recommend an intercooler to optimize the performance of the 208 1.6T !

Mustangs have been long awaited to be legally imported...Ford did the job ! It was quite easy for our engineers to tackle this known engine based on the Mazda 6 MPS DISI. Here reviewed by Ford, it delivers an original score of 314hp.
We set 1.6 bar pressure to get more torque. Unfortunately, the turbo, which is different from the Ford Focus RS MKIII, is running out of steam and not gaining much power.
After chiptuning of the Bosch ECU MEDG17.2.2, in tuning protection 7, it is possible to obtain 350hp and thus become pure American blood that one is entitled to expect of a vehicle as racy.
Stage 2 is also available on this car.

Equipped with the latest generation MED17.1.1 Bosch ECU, the new Audi RS3 8V replaces the older generation RS3 8P previously equipped with MED9.1 ECU. Concerning the engine, the original 367ch are obtained by optimizing the old engine (already 360ch in "plus" version) in particular the intake and intercooler, the engine weak point of old RS3. After reprogramming, forget the limit of 250km/h and enjoy 410ch obtained without any mechanical modification.

With a very young look, the new Smart and Twingo, since they share the same platform, are very dynamic and have very efficient engines at the rear in order to give more balance and maneuverability. A fairly original come back to rear wheel drive for Renault that uses a 1.0i but especially a 0.9TCE equipped with a Bosch ME17.9.20 ECU, still indirect injection so. If, after testing, this engine showed satisfactory "nothing more", once the engine management is revisited, it is quite different. That is the end of the 1.6T shared in recent years with PSA. BMW now stands alone in offering a transverse 2.0T which equips BMW 2-serie tourer, X1 and Mini but also the new series 1 and 2 very soon, now scheduled in front wheel drive. RStronic engineers have studied this 2.0T to exploit its potential. Despite a B48 engine including fragile internal components, intercooler is still feeble, it is possible to obtain 250hp and 400Nm of this engine reliably. Note however that, contrary to what one might think, the 231hp engine of JCW is not identical to the 192hp engine that powers the Cooper S. The inner being strengthened, the JCW provides 10 to 15hp additional equivalent concerning the torque. To transform your Mini into small bomb, do not hesitate to contact us, you will not be disappointed.

The new common rail TDI VAG are now available for reprogramming via the diagnostic OBD plug. These engines are equipped with the latest Bosch ECU, namely the EDC17C74 which replaces the EDC17C64. This new ECU is installed in the new VAG engines 1.6 and 2.0 TDI, which is installed in the new Volkswagen Passat or the new Skoda Superb, but also in the latest Volkswagen Golf VII. After reprogramming, we obtain very interesting gains although very close to the vehicles with the previous ECU. Special mention to the Bi-TDI 2.0 240hp fitted to the Passat for its incredible 300hp score after reprogramming. That's as much as the 3.0 TDI while consuming 2.0L/100km less.
